Yes, More Floriade

I wanted to see if the Dogwoods were flowering so on the way to the shops we stopped at Floriade again.

It was cool and cloudy but not as unseasonally cold and

windy as recent days so it was pleasant to walk around.

We hadn't visited the Bonsai and Penjing Collection 

yet this year so first we stopped in there.

Then we wandered past the stage where a band called 

In Full Swing were playing, they sounded great!

The Dogwoods were indeed flowering.

There was a lilac just starting to bloom.

Azaleas and rhododendrons were in various stages of flowering.

And then of course there were the bulbs.

In one area the borders were parsley and kale, 

it looked very effective.

Despite the weather it's been a great Floriade this year.
